Is your fee really just $2/call?

What happens if the call stretches to an hour? We have two rules. The first rule is we offer a flat fee of $2/call--even if the call stretches to an hour.The second (and even better) rule is we don't charge you at all if the call is under 20 seconds.

What if I no longer want you to answer my calls?

Easy! Just give us a call and we'll terminate your service before the next billing period.

What happens if I don't meet the minimum 25 calls per week?

We charge for a minimum of 25 calls a week. We chose 25 calls per week because it is an easy, attainable goal for all home services businesses.

What can I expect from our sales representatives once they complete the call?

You will receive a text/email informing you of the lead. Typically, these include the name, phone number, address, and the specific client request. You can let us know about your special requests during onboarding, especially if you need us to gather more information.

How do you process payment?

We process payments on a weekly basis and accept all credit cards.
